This summer was a particularly hot one, which meant pressing pause on our last Sound Bath gathering.

As we come to the end of the season, I’m bringing the group together for one final Sound Bath, an opportunity to pause, reset and ground as we transition into the cooler months.

These intimate gatherings are an invitation to release tension, reconnect with yourself and experience the deeply restorative vibrations of sound.
